Very poor customer service. The person I spoke to was unhelpful and actually quite rude. Avoid YOYOt.....
Using our custom built rating system you can rate other users of HEXUS or any of the retailers we have in our database. This allows you to establish an element of trust before making a purchase from a retailer or individual. It also establishes trust in the opposite direction by allowing sellers to view ratings given to individuals by other sellers.

| I bought a Thermalrigt Ultra 120 eXtreme (with 775/AM2 mounting which is impossible to find thesedays) and a Scythe Slip Stream from Alistair. Great price and fast delivery. I wouldn't hesitate to buy something from him again  |

| The ShopTo.Net slogan is \"Shop Late. Play Tomorrow\", and in my experience they deliver on that promise. Over the last 18 months, I've placed almost 30 orders with ShopTo.net. I've ordered games as late as 4pm, and any items in stock have always arrived the next morning. The other major advantage with ShopTo.net, is they consider items to be missing only 3 days after being dispatched. After you report a lost order, you're sent an offiicial Royal Mail report to fill out. That's completely understandable, and only a minor hassle for such an excellent service. |

| Placed an order for a few items including 2 bulky air-con units, some time around 2pm. Got a text at 5pm, saying the items had been dispatched. The next morning, the order arrived. That was my 8th order with Scan. The fact they consistently perform so well, is why I've rated them "exceptional". |

| I bought most of my HTPC from ebuyer, great prices and they had all the parts I wanted in stock. Delivery was very quick. I had some problems with the keyboard I ordered but this was completely resolved without fuss by the CS staff. I had heard bad things about eBuyer but I've found these stories to be completely untrue. |
