Bought my Q6600 and thermalright cooler. It was his first purchase on Hexus even though he has been a long time member of the forum so I was a little cautious, however there was no problems and the communication was excellent.

Bought a CPU from him, and we agreed to do by part payment from me, plus swapping with my CPU.

Despite being an OEM CPU, his packaging was excellent.
Very prompt delivery (24 hrs after agreeing with me).
Excellent communications, including giving me tracking info.

i really wish that there was another category higher than exceptional for those extra special retailers that deserve it-kinda like the amp in spinal tap that goes to 11- an 11 category for such places :-). I have bought a cooling fan for my GPU(accelero twin turbo ii), a fan controller by Nesteq (max zero) and the products were great and they were received in only a few days-so what i hear you say. well the thing is, im out here in greece, and still the products arrived very very quickly. after sales service is excellent, and pre sales service is the same-ask for Andy,he is a top class example of what the perfect salesman should be like-by that i mean, helpful, patient and accommodating-add to that an all round good bloke. so great products that work and arrive very quickly+great service=win win situation in my books. Quiet Pc has my patronage for sure- thanks guys.

Bought a 24" Dell U2412M from Scan, they were the cheapest of the companies I trust, and they have free delivery next day.
I ordered over Christmas, so the monitor arrived on the 2nd working day, as advised. DPD provided a 1-hour delivery slot which they kept to as well. All in all, a great buying experience.

I bought a 2TB WD HDD 18 months ago from eBuyer. Recently it started to fail, so I thought: no problem, I'll RMA it. Turns out it was imported from the US so I can't return it to WD directly (although warranty expires in 2013). So I thought: no problem, this happened to me with Scan a year or so ago, and they replaced the drive themselves; I'll just phone up eBuyer.

No such luck, eBuyer don't want to know.

Last time I'm buying a HDD from them - beware of them selling you drives from overseas and leaving you high and dry when it fails.

I've bought several items recently from Dabs.

Intel i5 2500k, Asus P8Z68 Deluxe Gen3, Corsair Vengeance 2x4GB, Asus GTX570 DirectCU II. Around £600 spent.

Delivery was fast, prices great.

I emailed Customer Services as I just missed out on a special offer. My own fault entirely but I thought I'd chance it. Dabs couldn't have been more helpful. Special offer sorted immediately. :-)

Email replies from their customer service were prompt, helpful and polite.

I am one happy shopper, will be using Dabs again.

Bought 2 sets of DDR2 dual channel memory from them at a great price in 2008. Unfortunately I have had to use their RMA service 4 times for these items over the past 3 years. RMA service is excellent with 2-3 day turn around time, pitty that I have had to use it as often as I have. Free next day delivery in the UK is also superb, I will check their stock and prices next time I need some RAM but will only buy if the deal is a lot better than I can get elsewhere.
